Demonstrated language proficiencyAssessed proficiency in both languages — not just self-reported fluency.

Professional interpreter trainingA 40-hour program — and if you haven't trained yet, we run our own: complete MLB's 40-hour interpreter training and step straight into the network.

HIPAA training & confidentiality agreementRequired before any assignment — we serve healthcare clients.

Signed contractor agreementClear terms, clear rates, independent contractor status.
For medical assignments: in-person healthcare work requires enrollment on the MDH Spoken Language Health Care Interpreter Roster ($50/year) — Minnesota requires it for Medical Assistance billing.

For court & legal assignments: you'll need to be on the Minnesota Judicial Branch Statewide Roster of Court Interpreters.
