The MLB pathway: graduates leave with the 40-hour certificate that qualifies them to register on the MDH Health Care Interpreter Roster, apply to MLB's interpreter network, and pursue national certification (CMI/CCHI) when ready. Train with us on Saturday — get your first assignment offer by text when you're vetted and active.

Cohorts run regularly and class sizes stay small so every student gets practicum time. Tell us who you are and when you can train — we'll contact you with upcoming dates and tuition details.

Do I need experience?No — fluency in English and at least one other language is the only prerequisite. We assess your languages during enrollment.
Is a job guaranteed?No honest program promises that. But graduates get priority consideration for MLB's vetted network, and we're growing.
What languages do you need most?Somali, Oromo, Amharic, Arabic, Karen, Hmong, Spanish — but every language has demand somewhere in Minnesota.
